Even connected internet wifi, app said no connection. That why cannot stamp anymore. Please update it. I am using iPhone6 plus iOs8.3

the apps says am offline and need to be connected to internet while i got wifi connection and am logged in moreover i cannot find my unclaimed rewards wonder where they are?

Error
Upon opening, an error displays saying: "Theres a problem connecting to the service" Im not able to access anything in the app. Displays the same error regardless of the connection Im using.
